The Wedding Planner & The Great Experience Forecast

Wedding planners are just one of our ideal clients.

Wedding planners who specialize in planning weddings for plus-size brides & grooms are on our rock star ideal market niche dream list, but wedding planners in general are wonderful.

I bet you’ve seen the video below before on TV. This Sprint video presents the experience of what if weddings were run by movie crews.

But I want you to watch-it with a different set of eyes.

How can you offer an online experience that quickly enables your ideal clients to develop a know, like, and trust relationship with you and give them the confidence that you will handle all their needs and wants. Just like this funny video below.

Wedding Planners (& other professional service firms) here are 4 ways you can provide a great client experience forecast when your ideal prospects visit your wedding planner blog site:

  • Create a visual metaphor of your perfect client. Give her a name and an identity. Help others associate themselves with “Jane.” You could find an avitar or real live woman to model your ideal client on your blog. Hiring you to present and deliver the vision of their perfect day (wedding day) requires vision and visuals, not paragraphs.
  • Explain how your services get them to go where they want to go. Why not create a page on your blog that explains your solution oriented services in the first person (Jane) with either creative pictures, videos, or even text.
  • Customer Testimonials. Do I really need to tell you how powerful it can be for other brides to share their great experience of working with you and then posting on your blog as an evergreen experience? We would like to give you a FREE seminar recording for you to learn how to get ask for and receive great business testimonials every time. Click here to listen now.
  • FAQ sound and vision bites. Proactively answer the most important and frequently asked questions you receive and that you’re clients need to know before they will take the action to call you and determine if you are a fit for them and their special day. Click here and read our recent post on how you can repurpose and time-shift your prospects most frequently asked questions on your blog.
