A Cheer For Strategic Life + Work Design

I have not always been the Dad our three children deserved…

My kids would not agree, but I feel that way.

Today, I don’t struggle with who I am as a Father. It’s no longer a role or balance act for me, it’s just who I get to be.

Five years ago, when my own Dad passed away, I seemed to ask myself better questions. I thought I’d share with you two questions that can change your life:

  1. What is your version of success?
  2. How will you know when you get there?

The video below is not meant to symbolize any version of success or significance, it just simply made me smile.

I’d like for you to smile as well.

If you decide to share your thoughts on those two questions, perhaps others will benefit.
