Zebras have a problem…

Lions are the zebras problem.

Here is a short summary on the decision matrix and life cycle of the zebra.

Zebras travel in herds and the majority of zebras are followers. Zebras graze the land looking for the ever scarcity of good grass.

But wait, the zebras have a very important decision to make…

The decision is to play it safe and be in the center of the herd or live life on the edge and be on the outside of the herd.

The risk & reward of this decision is either abundant life or most certain death.

You see, the grass is always fresher on the outside edge of the herd.

The problem, however, is the lions attack the zebras on the outside of the herd because those zebras are easier to kill.

We’re not so different from the zebras as niche small business owners…

The key decision you have to make is where you want to stand in relation to the herd.
